WHY WE STARTED SECOND CHANCE 5K

Second Chance 5K started as an idea after our two families lost three beautiful souls: Leah, Amber and Kristi. We wanted to connect with other families impacted by substance use disorders. We wanted a second chance to view addiction differently.

This 5K represents all the love we have for our sisters given to the recovery community — we see you, we believe in you, and we are cheering you on. Everyone deserves as many chances as it takes to heal.

Our main community event is annual but the impact of our proceeds is year round. All donations benefit the Las Vegas recovery community and organizations working to provide second chances at life.
